Can we pay separately on the night?

Because all tickets are sold prior to the night, we ask that every booking is fully paid in advance. From January to October all tickets must be paid for at least 1 week prior to attending. During November and December we often have wait lists, so we ask that all bookings are fully paid at least 30days prior to your event. Any monies still owing on the evening of your attendance can only be settled with one bill per booking.

 
Where do I park?

Since we are located in Fortitude Valley, we are accessable by both train and bus. If you prefer to drive, there is limited on-street parking in the surrounding streets. There are also Secure Car Parks located in Warner St, Berwick St and the China Town Mall.

 
Can I decorate and bring a cake for my birthday party?

We encourage you to bring any extras required to ensure a great celebration. Decorations can usually be done 1/2 hr before the evening begins. All we ask is that you organise this when you make your booking.

 
What payment methods are available?

We accept credit card (VISA, Mastercard and Amex) as well as Eftpos. Cheque, Money orders and Direct Deposit will also be accepted providing funds clear before your attendance on the night.

 
What if I need to cancel my booking?

For bookings occuring between January and October cancellations made one week prior to the night will be refunded in full. Any cancellations made on the night of your booking will incur the full charge. Cancellations reducing the number of booked diners will be accepted only before you make your final payment and confirmation. For bookings occuring in November and December other terms apply.
